As our slogan states, we are, as a group, dedicated to the care and safety of your children’s second home, your community school buildings and grounds.

We, as an organization, have one major thing in common. CHILDREN! Our task and major objective is the safety of children and by properly cleaning and maintaining the school buildings, all people who use the building fall under the same umbrella of protection we provide for the children who are students in the schools. These buildings are some of the oldest buildings in your communities and their integrity and maintenance are a tribute to the work we do everyday to protect the community investment in these buildings.

Custodians and Maintenance personnel are working day and night to make sure these buildings and each individual classroom is ready for the task at hand and that is education. When we do our job right, Teachers are able to ply their trade and teach children, Administrators can tend to the business of running the school and cafeteria personnel can properly feed children without worry if equipment is operating properly.

Members of our organization are the first in the buildings in the morning and the last to leave at night. You can find us there on the weekends tending to sporting events and in the middle of the night, plowing snow and shoveling snow off the sidewalks to make it safe for all to walk and drive. They are checking the heat, water safety, Indoor Air Quality, Pesticide Use. You’ll find them on the roof checking for leaks and maintaining equipment. You’ll find them on ladders changing light bulbs or testing emergency equipment and fire detectors or changing ceiling tiles. They mow the lawns, plant and water flowers, maintain the athletic fields for all sporting events. The list goes on and on. Plainly speaking, the condition of the school buildings is a direct reflection of our organization and the members involved and their teams of dedicated Custodians and Maintenance personnel.
